Ingredients for a period of twenty arancini:
For the preparation:
1 kg of rice, 200 g of butter, 4 eggs, 100g grated parmesan cheese, 250 g of pasta filata diced, 250 g of diced cooked ham, salt.

How to Make Arancini with ragù
Prepare a sauce very narrow.
To this end, in a pan fry in a little chopped onion in oil and, as soon as it is lightly browned, add the minced meat. Leave it sealed and sfumarla with red wine.
Allow it to evaporate the alcohol component and add the peas, the past and the tomato paste dissolved in a glass of hot water.
