POTATO OMELETTE RECIPE
Ingredients for 4 people:
800 gr. of potatoes;
A bunch of parsley;
Olive oil, Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Potato Omelette
Wash, peel and dice the potatoes.
In a non-stick frying pan, pour some olive oil and fry the potatoes until they became golden.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs along with the chopped parsley and pour it on top of the potatoes, with circular motions, spread the egg all over the pan, ensuring it gets right to the edges.
Cook it on low flame for a few minutes or so, with the help of a plate or a lid, flip the omelette over and cook it on the other side.
Before flipping, the pan may require some extra oil, to ensure the omelette doesn’t burn nor stick to the bottom of the pan.
When cooked, transfer the potato omelette on to a plate and serve immediately.
